Create records in Clients, Subcontractors, and Team Members. These master directories feed Contact Lookup across all other templates.

Open the Projects template and create a record for your current job. Link it to a client and enter contract value, key dates, and scope.

Set Up Contracts and Permits

Record your prime contract details, subcontracts, and all required building permits with their key dates and conditions.

Begin Daily Operations

Use Daily Logs every working day, issue Work Orders to trades, and track RFIs and Submittals as they arise during construction.
